MEET THE KEY TEAM

Engineer Luis D. Labaton holds a Master's Degree in Structural and Civil engineering design from University of Buenos Aires.

Luis has designed multinational civil engineering projects in the public building sector since 1976.

Luis has a proven track record of leadership in innovative and complex design projects.

Fellow in ASCE/SEI from 2011.

Neta is the team leader responsible for preparing and editing of structural design for the many public projects, including production and inspection of detailed work plans.

Neta is Practical Engineer and holds charter membership in ASCE/SEI.

She supervises other engineers in the office, including coordination work between the various MEP consultants.

Mustafa holds a PhD in structural engineering and a professor in both University of Illinois-Chicago and Technion-Haifa. A fellow in SEI, ASCE and ACI.

He has vast experience in tall buildings design, and public buildings, including structural analysis , steel design and post-tentioned concrete. Licensed in US, Canada, and registered engineer in Israel.
